Cette r\u00e9ussite surprenante ne peut s\u2019expliquer que par la forte et originale personnalit\u00e9 des cr\u00e9ateurs et de leurs successeurs qui ont su innover en permanence, faire face aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements les plus d\u00e9favorables, s\u2019entourer de collaborateurs de qualit\u00e9s anim\u00e9s d\u2019un esprit bien sp\u00e9cifique : <strong>l\u2019esprit
