Vingt-cinq ans apr\u00e8s la publication de son livre, \u00ab Le G\u00e9nocide franco-fran\u00e7ais : la Vend\u00e9e-Veng\u00e9 \u00bb, Reynald Secher, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte aux Archives nationales de documents totalement in\u00e9dits, d\u00e9montre, preuves \u00e0 l’appui, que le g\u00e9nocide de la Vend\u00e9e a bien \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u, vot\u00e9 et mis en oeuvre personnellement par les membres du Comit\u00e9 de salut public et par la Convention, et que l’arm\u00e9e et l’ administration n’ont fait qu’ex\u00e9cuter les ordres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afin d’\u00e9chapper \u00e0 leurs responsabilit\u00e9s et de masquer la logique id\u00e9ologique et politique qui menait in\u00e9luctablement la R\u00e9publique jacobine au g\u00e9nocide, ces criminels et leurs h\u00e9ritiers politiques ont ni\u00e9 les faits, impos\u00e9 \u00e0 la nation leur auto-amnistie et une impunit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Ils ont ainsi perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 un second crime, celui de m\u00e9moricide, qui, par un renversement pervers, a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 les victimes vend\u00e9ennes comme bourreaux et transform\u00e9 les bourreaux jacobins en victimes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 ce premier scandale s’en est ajout\u00e9 un second : ces bourreaux ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de toutes les faveurs et des honneurs de l’\u00c9tat, tandis que les victimes et leurs descendants, traumatis\u00e9s, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duits au silence et en permanence pers\u00e9cut\u00e9s, se retrouvant ainsi exclus d’une citoyennet\u00e9 qui leur revenait de droit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
